Grilled Korean Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon gochujang paste
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/3 cup minced scallion

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
  2. Shape into meatballs and chill for one hour.
  3. Grill for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
