Tapioca Flour is a grain-free flour made from cassava root. It is gluten-free, starchy and slightly sweet and a great ingredient for thickening soups, sauces and pie fillings. This particular type of tapioca starch is also best used as a coating for meat for deep-frying which provides a fluffy delicious batter.
