Laver, also known as ‘Nori’ are salted and often flavoured sheets of seaweed is most commonly used in making sushi and hand rolls. Nori is an excellent source of iodine and can be eaten with rice, noodles and soups. There is a huge variety available with slight variations in flavour and texture. Sukina Roasted Seaweed are larger sheets of seaweed which opens you up to making your own sushi and even hand rolls!
