Laver, also known as ‘Nori’ are salted and often flavoured sheets of seaweed is most commonly used in making sushi and hand rolls. Nori is an excellent source of iodine and can be eaten with rice, noodles and soups. There is a huge variety available with slight variations in flavour and texture. Throw some of these into your next ramen and taste the difference!
